Standard Shipping (Australia & New Zealand)

EN GARDE offers free standard shipping on all orders to Australia & New Zealand for orders over $75. Following credit card authorisation and verification of information, you will receive your order within approximately 5 to 7 business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays).

Previous purchases are not eligible for adjustments. If you choose to ship standard ground and are shipping to multiple addresses, you will receive free shipping on all shipping destinations. You will be notified by email as soon as your order has been shipped.


Express Shipping

EN GARDE offers express shipping on all orders to Australia & New Zealand at a fixed price of 12.40 AUD. Previous purchases are not eligible for adjustments.

Following credit card authorisation and verification of information, you will receive your order within approximately 3 to 5 business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays).

You will be notified by email as soon as your order has been shipped.

 

International Shipping

EN GARDE ships to almost any country in the world at a fixed rate of 20 AUD.

Following credit card authorisation and verification of information, you will receive your order within approximately seven to ten business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays).

You will be notified by email as soon as your order has been shipped.

 

Returns & Exchange Policy

Returns made within 30 days of the purchase date will be eligible for a full refund to the original form of payment.

The item(s) must be new, unworn, unwashed, unaltered merchandise in resalable condition with original tags attached from the EN GARDE Apparel online store. You may return merchandise by selecting any shipping carrier; however, EN GARDE Apparel will not be responsible for the costs associated with the return.

We recommend selecting an insured and trackable shipping carrier. We are not responsible for import or shipping fees associated with returns sent from Australia or outside Australia.
